Salve and its client ISCA Organizes the First “No Elevators Day” in Europe

Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 | PR

On 5 June 2015 the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) and its local partners across Europe will stage their first European No Elevators Day by sealing off elevators and escalators in number of residential, business and public buildings. Its aim is to make citizens reconsider the value of physical activity and to take the opportunity to move more and be more active.
So far ISCA’s partners in Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, England, France, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey have joined the initiative. The event is also open for other organisations and individual citizens to join in by voluntarily closing some of the elevators and/or escalators on their premises. They are invited to register their participation at http://no-elevators-day.nowwemove.com.
#NowWeTakeTheStairs
No Elevators Day is part of ISCA’s ongoing NowWeMOVE campaign promoting grassroots sport and physical activity, supported by the European Week of Sport - #BeActive.
